Pregnancy is one of the most beautiful processes in life and in my opinion a blessing to every woman out there. Having a child is deemed one of the most beautiful journeys of life.

Sometimes women find it difficult to detect whether they are pregnant and refer it to malaria, ovulation, flu and other illnesses with similar symptoms.

Here are some signs and symptoms of  being pregnant:

Missed Period. It begins with you not seeing your period at the calculated time you expect it. Although our period calendar changes from time to time, some missed periods could be a sign of pregnancy for sexually active women.

Nausea (morning sickness). When you begin to feel like throwing up in the morning, meanwhile you haven’t eaten anything, and you find your favorite breakfast meal unappealing that can be a sign of being pregnant.

Dizziness and Fainting. You sometimes fail to focus on one thing by sight and easily loose consciousness.

Firm Breasts. You begin to feel your breasts becoming heavier and firmer.

Frequent Urination. You use the washroom almost every 30 minutes.

Mood Swings. You tend to change moods in short whiles , one moment you are happy the other you are sad. You easily loose your cool and a lot of things irritate you.
