Serena Williams continues to build her legacy in tennis by shaping her daughters skills on the tennis court.
Serena has been open about her daughter Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr’ early start in tennis. She shared a recent video to Alexis’ Instagram account, and it looks like she’ll be a champion in no time on the court.
The video was captioned, “Practice makes progress. ”Last year, Serena appeared on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert,” and she spoke about Alexis’ interest in the sport and said, “She’s a perfectionist on the court.
I’m not quite sure where she got that from, but yeah, she loves it. I never thought I would let my daughter play tennis, but then during this pandemic, it was the only thing that we could do safely so I’m like, well, tennis it is.”
