Mr Bernard Mornah the PNC National Chairman, has stated that the Minister for Roads must bay back money lost due to the closure of the tollbooth until the 2022 budget is approved.
In an interview with TV3 today he stated that “we are a country of law and once the toll act has been emplaced, it is only parliament that has the capacity to say don’t collect tolls, so for me ,Minister for Roads should be made to pay for the number of days till the budget is approved.”
