Victor Stephen Nana Kankam, a landlord who is suspected to have shot his tenant to death at Ofankor Spot M has been charged and arrested.
The landlord had written to the tenant to demand that he moves out of his two-bedroom apartment on Monday, May 24, 2020, a day before the shooting incident reports indicate.
