Breakfast is an important part of our morning and having scrambled eggs for breakfast is quiet a norm in most homes.
But scrambled eggs with vegetables is another breakfast vibe we cant leave out. This goes perfectly with sausage, fresh bread and  chilled fruit juice.


  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3  spoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup  chopped onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium chopped tomato


  • Beat your eggs lightly.
  • Put your pan on fire and pour your olive oil into it.
  • Add your chopped vegetables and scramble all together.
  • Pour salt into mixture and add pepper.
  • Continue to mix for about two minutes.

Voila… your breakfast is ready. You can add some fried sausages, gizzard or bread depending on your preference.
