Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has lamented that Ghana’s presidential jet which has been abandoned by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo is being used by other African presidents.
According to the Member on Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee, the presidential jet has been turned into a presidential Uber for other African heads of state.
His reactions came after the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Shirley Ayorkor Botchway justified the use of Ghana’s presidential jet by other presidents in the West African Sub-region.
Ayorkor Botchway made this known in response to questions that had been asked on the presidential jet by Okudzeto Ablakwa on Tuesday, December 7, 2021.
