At 22:00 local time, the president of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo announced the partial reopening of schools and churches in his 10th address in the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
The reopening (of schools), however, is limited to final year students at the various educational levels. Thus, final year student of Junior and Seniors High as well as Universities. He, however, stressed on the observance of social distancing protocols with limited (sizeable) class sizes.
Religious activities are to be conducted with the observance of social distancing. The maximum number is not to exceed 100.
