Kumiwaa, a veteran Ghanaian actress, has left her fans in tears with an emotional video that has inspired goodwill among her fans and other movie buffs on the internet.
According to the actress, who is now bedridden, she is gravely ill and in desperate in need of assistance, but she is afraid that some Ghanaians will shower her with insults if she comes out to solicit funds.
She stated in an interview with Mzgee, that she is unable to bear the terrible insults from critics and has chosen to keep her plight to herself and pray for God’s intervention.
Kumiwaa also revealed that while she would be grateful if people came to her aid and offered her support, the last thing she would do is publicly plead for assistance on the internet.
