A Nigerian minister,collapsed on live tv in parliament after he was being asked to clear the air on issues concerning the defalcation of some amount of money apportioned for a project.
Prof Daniel G Kemebradikumo, who is the acting managing director of the Niger Delta Development Commission(NDDC), suddenly slumped in his chair when he was being questioned by a committee in the house of representatives.
This caused a whirl in the house as several others tried to revive him. In the video, a man was seen thrusting his hand into his mouth to prevent him from choking while others fanned him.
