Nigerian musician, Davido, made a trip to Ghana in the first week of October with his entire crew.
He came and worked on music with one of Ghana’s best dancehall and reggae artists, Stonebwoy which generated a lot of media noise.
A young man said they were all having fun at a drink-up at Davido’s apartment when Stonebwoy’s bodyguard invited him to answer some questions and while he was denying some allegations leveled against them, he received some dirty slaps from the bodyguard. These few hitches nearly took the shine from the great work they were cooking but the experienced musicians handled the PR very well.
Two months later, Stonebwoy has revealed that the song is finally ready to be dropped on Friday, 4th December 2020. Stonebwoy had earlier hinted that this new song was going to be his greatest hit of the year. Comparing how “Putuu” became a household song, and how he is saying we should expect “ACTIVATE” to be more explosive, we can only cross our fingers and wait for the next big banger.
