Apple Inc has officially released the iOS and iPadOS version 13.5 today. This update is now available for download by all iPhone and iPad users in Ghana.
The supported phones are iPhone 6s, 7, 7 plus, 8, 8 plus; iPhones X, XR, XS, XS Max, the 11 series and the new 2020 SE.
The supported iPads are iPad mini 4 and 5, iPad a Air 2 and 3, iPad 2018 (6th Generation) and 2019’s 7th Generation. All pro versions from 2017 to the current 2020 iPad pro are all supposed too.
Mac book and desktops were not forgotten either.
Why Should You Update
The most important issue this update addresses is the vulnerability affecting the built-in Mail client on Apple iOS devices. For that reason, many companies and institutions that had apple devices connected to their server were forced to ban their usage. This could allow hackers into their systems possibly.
The current update has several other big fixes too.
